After School Classes
Jumping rope can help improve coordination, foot-speed, agility and timing, as well as help you raise your heart rate and burn calories. Our Ropework workshops are offered several times per year for anyone wanting to learn skills and improve technique. We offer cross-fit double under workshops, PE workshops, adult fitness workshops and community events. We have over 20 years teaching experience to all ages and abilities.
