Classes are 35 minutes in length with some anticipated overflow at the end to allow for questions or for participants to talk to each other for a few minutes.

All programs are open to the public and registration.
We have listed the school names so former members may participate in their respective school in order to enjoy the company of friends.

Our program focuses on a success-oriented, self paced, learning. Skills are broken down so that kids of all abilities are appropriately challenged. With 30 years as an educator, Rene has developed a highly acclaimed approach to teaching kids of all abilities.  And we use the jump rope as a working metaphor about “growth mindset” and help kids to develop goal setting techniques, self confidence, and a celebration of differences.  When we focus on effort, results follow.

Learn developmentally appropriate jump rope skills in a motivating and encouraging atmosphere.  Effort, patience, practice and goal setting are the key character education pieces we work for our students to understand and achieve through our program. These areas of focus inform our teaching strategies and classroom management. Our extensive experience in the sport and art of jumping rope provides students with expert instruction.

We play loads of skill building games and activities and work to create a performance for friends and family. Students may choose to enroll for just a season, or enroll throughout the year. Our program offers variations on skill development and varied themes each season.
