Rope Jumping for Fun & Fitness
Ropeworks is the creation of athlete, entertainer, motivational speaker and educator, Rene Bibaud. Rene has won several world rope jumping championships, provided color commentary for the sport of jumping rope for ESPN, and traveled the world performing with Cirque Du Soleil. Her highly acclaimed programs focus on skill development and motivational messages and has been helping kids learn how to jump rope for over 30 years.

Learn developmentally appropriate jump rope skills in a motivating and encouraging atmosphere. Effort, patience, practice and goal setting are the key character education pieces we work for our students to understand and achieve through our program. These areas of focus inform our teaching strategies and classroom management. Our extensive experience in the sport and art of jumping rope provides students with expert instruction.
Participants of all skill levels will learn:
single rope skills
long rope jumping
choreography and more
We play loads of skill building games and activities and work to create a performance for friends and family. Students may choose to enroll for just a season, or enroll throughout the year. Our program offers variations on skill development and varied themes each season.
Our program has been offering jump rope classes and teacher training programs around the greater Seattle area for over 20 years with high praise from parents and participants and the schools we work with.

Rene Bibaud is an educator, motivational speaker and entertainer with a special focus on youth fitness and specialty performances. She is also an articulate speaker who excels at sharing the benefits of the single best fitness tool available – the jump rope.
